1. Although not required, we recommend that you register and log in to our web site before purchasing any products. To register as a new user, click on the link 'New User Registration' in the header of any page at any time. If you are a trade customer, we will need to review your registration before providing you with your trade discount in our online store. We will notify you when this is available for your use.

2. To add a product to your quote/cart, click the “Add to Cart” button.

3. Repeat the above process for each additional product you wish to add.

4. You can view, amend or submit your quote/order by clicking “View Cart” link in the header of any page at any time.

5. To confirm your order, follow the steps in the checkout pages by filling the appropriate shipping address, shipping method and billing method.

6. Delivery amounts for all Victorian deliveries will be confirmed upon completing the checkout process, however for all non-Victorian deliveries, the customer will need to provide their own delivery method instructions.
